Requirements:
- Fluent English and French (essential)
- Previous consulting experience delivering Workday Payroll implementation projects
- Hands-on Workday Payroll implementation experience across multiple full lifecycle projects
- Experience delivering 4+ full lifecycle Workday Payroll implementations
- Experience leading client workshops, gathering business requirements, solution design and stakeholder management
- Strong functional knowledge of Workday Payroll and Payroll best practices
- Experience leading Payroll workstreams and supporting successful deployment and go-live activities
- Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership experience, or the potential to step into a Manager or Senior Manager role
