Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of HRIS and HCM transformation projects.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Assist with system configuration and process design.
- Participate in testing activities, including UAT and data validation.
- Create reports, dashboards, and system documentation.
- Support clients with process improvements and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams.
- Contribute to workshop facilitation and client-facing activities.
- Experience working with an HRIS, HR technology, or HCM platform.
- Fluent French and professional English skills.
- Experience with systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Cornerstone, Talentsoft, Cegid, ADP, UKG, Sage HR, or similar HR platforms.
- Exposure to system implementation or transformation projects.
- Reporting, analytics, or data management experience.
- Salary up to €55,000 fixed
